The friendly staff was a highlight, readily accommodating our requests, which made our stay more enjoyable. Our room, while not expansive, was clean and had a comfortable bed that ensured restful nights. The restaurant offered a buffet with a range of tasty options at reasonable prices, a pleasant surprise for a hotel of this caliber. The outdoor heated pool was a good asset, though its surroundings could use a bit more attention. Luna strikes a nice balance between luxury and value, especially for those exploring the stunning Serra da Estrela region. It's a smart pick for an authentic getaway without overwhelming your budget.
